What This Retreat Really Is

She Rises isn’t just a day of yoga, or a chance to relax (although there will be plenty of that too).

It’s a space to step out of the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself — to get clearer, ground and heal, and access a sense of ease and joy that can sometimes be surprisingly hard to reach on your own.

Through a thoughtful blend of meditation, journalling, and gently facilitated group work, you’ll be guided to slow down and begin untangling what’s been sitting underneath the surface — the mental noise, the feeling of being stuck, or the quiet sense that something isn’t quite aligned.

From there, things begin to shift.

Not in a forced or overwhelming way — but in a grounded, honest way that actually stays with you.

Movement is woven in to support this process. Alongside yoga, there will be lighter, more playful movement — including gentle dance and an accessible, beginner-friendly hoop lesson — all designed to help you come out of your head and back into your body, to release what’s ready to be released and welcome in joy, peace, and clarity.

But what often makes this kind of experience truly powerful is the group.

There’s something about being in a space with other women — slowing down together, sharing (only as much as you want to), and being witnessed without judgment — that creates a level of clarity, support, unity, and perspective that’s very difficult to access alone.

It’s the kind of space many of us don’t realize we need… until we experience it.

And often, we wait until we feel completely overwhelmed or disconnected before giving ourselves this kind of time.

This retreat is an opportunity to meet yourself before that point — and to walk away feeling clearer, more connected, and more like yourself again.
