Blended in-person and online/virtual format  - Group movement and yoga sessions are in-person; group meditation and education sessions are online; 1:1 coaching sessions are available virtually or in-person

Sample Schedule

The schedule is not finalized yet, but here is a sample schedule to give you an idea what the program will look like in practice...

 

  • Mondays (Weekly) 9AM In-Person Group Fitness Training Session (strength + mobility + cardiovascular health + metabolism support
  • Wednesdays (Weekly) 4:30PM Virtual Live Group Meditation  (mindfulness + nervous system regulation + sometimes chair yoga/somatic movement/simple mobility work)
  • Thursdays (Weekly) 9AM In-Person Group Yoga (mindfulness + strength + flexibility + mobility)
  • Monthly 1:1 Coaching Sessions - can be virtual or in-person and you schedule at a time that works for you
  • Wednesdays 4:30PM 2X per month Wellness Education/Group Health Habits Coaching (w/ meditation included)
