Office Yoga
So many people would like to be more active but struggle to fit it into their day. Many know their mental health would benefit significantly from mindfulness practice, but again, struggle to find the time, or don't know exactly what to do.
Office Yoga by Dara Mind is designed to flexibly fit into busy schedules. We serve teams with live virtual yoga that can be done right from your desk. These sessions can range from 15 to 60 minutes, fitting even the busiest schedules.
They are suitable for any level or background, and no experience, equipment or special attire is required.
Combined Education & Office Yoga
These sessions are like a 'Lunch & Learn' combined with Office Yoga in one session!
They are for those who not only want to benefit their teams with physical movement and mindfulness practice, but those who also want to empower their teams to be healthier, happier, and more effective people, through education and practical tools.
These 40-minute sessions include 20 minutes of education and discussion and 20 minutes of yoga, movement, and mindfulness, all of which can be done directly from your chair/desk
All-level friendly, no experience, equipment, or special attire required
